Shipping Policy – Pre-Sale for Orange Arched Lamps

Order Processing Time

Our orange arched lamps are currently available for pre-sale only. As each lamp is made to order, production will begin once we reach our minimum order quantity.

  • Estimated Production Time: Up to 10 weeks from the end of the pre-sale period.

  • Shipping Time: Once production is complete and the lamps arrive at our warehouse, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated to be up to 15 weeks from the end of the pre-sale period.

We will keep you updated via email at each stage — from production start to shipping.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days once production and processing are complete.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days once production and processing are complete.

Important: Delivery times apply after the production period and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, FedEx, and UPS to provide reliable shipping throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Cata Haus.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please reach out to us before placing your order.


Damages and Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at kayla@catahaus.es within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our orange arched lamps, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
