When does the 15-week timeline begin?
The timeline officially starts once we hit our target order goal and production begins. We will notify you as soon as we reach the goal and kick off production.

What are the dimensions of The Orange Lamp?
The lamp is adjustable in height, ranging from 175-205cm. The orange shade has a 40cm diameter, and the marble base provides substantial stability.

How heavy is the marble base?
The genuine marble base weighs approximately 16kg, providing the lamp with secure stability despite its dramatic arch design.

What type of bulb does the lamp use?
The lamp accepts any standard E27 bulb up to 60W. For the best warm glow, we recommend a 2700K bulb (not included).

How does the height adjustment work?
Simply loosen the adjustment mechanism, set your desired height, and retighten to lock it in place.

What materials are used in the lamp?
We use premium materials: genuine white marble with unique veining, polished chrome-finish stainless steel for the arch, and a bold orange acrylic shade designed to cast a warm glow.

How long will it take to receive my lamp?
Once the production process begins it takes approximately 14 weeks to complete, including:

12 weeks for production (made to order model)

1-2 weeks for final delivery and quality checks.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the EU, US, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping costs vary:

EU: Free

US/Canada: Free (UPS delivery, no antisipation of any additional taxes, duties or levies, however, customs has the final say, wich will be incured by the buyer)

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your lamp is shipped from our warehouse in Spain, you will receive tracking details to monitor its journey.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay installments, and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, orders become non-refundable once production begins, as it is made to order.

How do I care for the marble base?
Wipe with a damp cloth and avoid acidic cleaners. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and dry thoroughly.

How should I clean the orange shade?
Dust with a soft cloth or brush. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
